Positive: This is a brand new homestay with everything you can possibly need and want! The Location is great, only 10min walking to the Hoan Kiem Lake and about 15-20min to Hanoi Old Quarter. The room was big, clean and very comfortable for 2 Person. There is a kitchen with the essential cooking equipment like a microwave and even a rice cooker and a washing machine with drying function too. Housekeeping comes by everyday but you can tell them your preferred time for cleaning if you want to. There is a 24/7 security guard at the building. All three of them are so nice and very helpful. You access your room and the elevator with your keycard. If you have a motorbike you can park it for free in the underground garage. The Check-in was smooth and uncomplicated! I can only recommend this stay especially if you're planning to stay for a long time. I would love to stay here again! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!!!
